PRESSURE GAUGES

Protected Pressure Gauge Accurately measure the grout pump discharge pressure.  Available for 1" and 1 1/4" hose sizes and various discharge pressures.  Equipped with hose couplings to easily snap into the grout line.  The gauge is protected from grout contamination by an diaphragm seal.  Ranges 0-30, 0-100, 0-300 & 0-600 psi.  Bar & kPa gauges available. Inline Protected Pressure Gauge Non-clogging pressure sensor is the ideal way to protect instrumentation and ensure accurate, dependable pressure measurement.  Utilizing a full 360 degree circumferential diaphragm, this flow thru design assures complete isolation of the instrumentation from process material, thus preventing clogging, and can be flushed clean without removal or disassembly.  The Protected Gauge Assembly is complete as shown including 1" camlock fittings, and is available for all ChemGrout equipment with working pressures of up to 1000 psi.

 
 
GROUT HEADERS

Grout Header Grout headers are used to control pressure during grout injection.  The headers use regulating valves and a pressure gauge to bypass grout back to the agitator tank.  Headers are available for 0-30 psi and 0-100 psi with 1" or 1 1/4" camlock fittings.	High Pressure Recirculating Assembly High pressure grout headers are used to control pressure during grout injection.  The headers use regulating valves and a pressure gauge to bypass grout back to the agitator tank.  Headers are available for 0-1000 psi 1" locking style camlock fittings.

 
 
PACKERS

Drive Packer Designed for easy insertion and removal from the injection hole for slabjacking and voidfilling.  Inserts into a 1" drilled hole.  Comes complete with hose coupling, reinforced drive head and shut off valve.  Available for 1" and 1 1/4" hose fittings.	Mechanical Surface Grout Packers Designed to connect the grout hose to sound material for slabjacking and voidfilling.  Comes complete with hose coupling, shut off valve, spinner and expandable rubber end.  Available in  standard diameters of 1 1/2", 1 3/4", 2", 2 1/2" and 3". Standard lengths 1 & 2 ft, longer upon request.	Inflatable Grout Packers  Inflatable packers are available in diameter sizes of 1"- 2", 2"- 3", 3"- 6", 4"- 7" and 5"- 8".  Lengths range from 10” up to five feet or more.  With their sliding head design, they have the ability to double in size from their run-in diameter and typically furnish a longer seal than that of a mechanical packer.  These packers have integral tube scrapers that remove excess grout that has adhered to the outside of the center tube and work each time the packer is deflated.

FLOW METERS

Fill-Rite Water Meters Accurately measures water, improving batch quality and productivity.  Available flow rates 20 GPM & 40 GPM.  Weatherproof and corrosion resistant, this meter is totalizing and resettable.  Equipped with inlet strainer, mounting bracket and manual shut off valve.  Available in 20 and 40 GPM flow rates.	Neptune Water Meters Accurately measures water, improving batch quality and productivity.  Two styles to choose from:  Manual shut off with totalizing and resettable dial.  Automatic shut-off with totalizing and resettable dial.  Equipped with inlet strainers, discharge hose and shut-off valve.	Magnetic Grout Flow Meter Designed to measure the flow rate at a convenient location between the grout pump and the point of injection.  The ChemGrout flow meters are preconfigured to suit the customer's requirements for units of measure and flow ranges.. Includes digital display, resettable totalizer, 4-20mA output signal and protective stand.

HOPPER SCREENS

Thick Mix Hopper Screen Heavy-duty hopper screen with wide grid pattern used for thicker grouts, allowing for better flow to holding hopper.	Fine Hopper Screens Hopper screens use a light pattern that helps filter out any large particles or debris from the mix tank before it reaches the pump.  Best used with more flowable grouts.	Mini Series Hopper Screens Round hopper screens use a tight pattern that helps filter out any large particles or debris before it reaches the pump.  Best used with more flowable grouts.

 
 
SPRAY WANDS

Grout Spray Wand Multi-Purpose Spray Wand allows the applicator accurate control of the spray pattern and density.  Equipped with grout hose coupling with swivel, air hose fitting with ball valve, needle valve for precise air control, 6 different orifice sizes, and rubber cap for safety.	Compact Spray Wand Designed for spraying repair mortar type materials in confined areas with minimal access.  Unique nozzle design injects air for a smooth spray pattern.  Equipped with grout hose coupling, air hose fitting and air control valve.  Available for 1" and 1 1/4" hose couplings.

 

GROUT HOSES

Grout Hose Heavy duty,  grout hose with abrasion resistance lining.  Equipped with internally expanded ends and quick disconnect fittings that eliminate pressure build up.  Available in 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2" and 2" I.D.   Working pressures up to 500 PSI.  High pressure hose has 1000 PSI working pressure.	Hose Whip These strong steel cables prevent hose whip in case of accidental separation of hose coupling.  Reaches across the hose fittings to provide standby safety for hose.  Spring-loaded loops in the cable ends open easily to pass over the couplings for a firm grip on the hose.  Maximum working pressure 200 PSI for air.	Cleaning Sponge Balls Sponge balls, inserted between the pump and hose inlet provide a simple and effective way to thoroughly clean your grout hose.  Available for hoses in 1" and 1-1/4" sizes.

 
 
MISCELLANEOUS

Hand Grout Mixer This hand held, electric powered grout mixer is the perfect complement to the CG050M and CG050 grout pumps.  The high performance, variable speed drive utilizes a powerful heavy-duty 1 HP motor and operates on 110-120 volts, blending batches of up to 8 gallons.   An extended shaft and ergonomic grip allows the operator to stand upright, minimizing back strain during mixing.	Model 320 Power Washer Hydraulically powered pressure washer cleans machine at 2000psi/3gpm.  Includes 50' hose and trigger gun with adjustable nozzle.	CG550/CG500 Remote Controls  Remotely controls pump operation on a wide variety of ChemGrout equipment.  Available in both air or hydraulic power options.	Water Pump Self-priming centrifugal pump is ideal for transferring water from source to mix tank(s) or water batcher at rates of up to 120 gpm. Suction lift extends up to 20 feet.  Pump includes built-in check valve and variable speed control.  Ports 1-1/1" and 2".

 
 
GROUT TESTING EQUIPMENT

Mud Balance With Marsh Funnel The Mud Balance provides a simple method for the accurate determination of mud density.  Drilling mud temperature does not affect the accuracy of readings.  With durable break resistant construction, the kit consists of a base, graduated arm and cup, lid, knife edge, rider, built in spirit level and a counterweight. Plastic carrying case also provided.	Flow Cone with Stand Measures the flowability of fluid hydraulic grout mixes.  Cast aluminum flow cone with stainless steel orifice.  Meets specifications ASTM 939-87 and U.S. Army Corps. of Engineers CRD-C 79-58.  Optional stand available.
