ChemGrout paddle mixers are equipped with a vertical shaft and feature specially designed blades and baffles to develop a high shear mixing action, insuring a rapid and thorough mix.  The paddle rotates at speeds up to 200 RPM.  The tank bottoms are sloped toward the outlet slide valve so the thickest materials fall easily into the pump hopper.  Each mixer is equipped with baffles, bag breakers, covers and variable speed high-efficiency paddles that provide a rapid mixing cycle.  These paddle mixers come in various sizes from 22 gallon to 225 gallon (80 to 850 liters), and a wide variety of power options including:  Air, Hydraulic, direct electric (no variable speed paddle) and electric with a variable frequency drive for speed control.  The tank leg height can be specified to meet your jobsite conditions.  The rugged steel frame stands up to the toughest conditions on the jobsite.  Operator controls are centrally located for efficient production.  All components are easily accessible for operating, cleaning and maintenance.

ChemGrout agitators are designed to slowly stir materials and prevent separation.  The agitators are equipped with a vertical shaft and feature specially designed blades and baffles to develop a gentle mixing action, insuring a homogenous mixture.  The paddle rotates at speeds up to 60 RPM.  The tank bottoms are sloped toward the outlet valve so the tanks can be completely pumped out.  Each agitator is equipped with covers, baffles, and high-efficiency paddles.  These paddle agitators come in various sizes:  27 Cubic Feet (750 Liter)  54 CF (1,500 Liter) and 81 CF (2,250 Liter) are standard.  Custom sizes are available upon request.  The agitators come in a wide variety of power options including:  Air, Hydraulic, direct electric (no variable speed paddle) and electric with a variable frequency drive for speed control.  The tank leg height can be specified to meet your jobsite conditions.  The rugged steel frame stands up to the toughest conditions on the jobsite.  Operator controls are centrally located for efficient production.  All components are easily accessible for operating, cleaning and maintenance.
