The ChemGrout CGL4 is a skid mounted, Size 4, Flanged-Inlet Progressive Cavity Grout Pump.  The progressive cavity pump is a perfect solution when pumping viscous, abrasive or solid laden materials.  The L4 is designed to pump neat cement, bentonites, cement/bentonite, ultrafine cements, and some smooth, creamy, lightly sanded packaged grout mixes.  The CGL4 pump cannot pump heavily sanded grouts, repair mortars or pea gravel.  These progressive cavity grout pump systems feature output volumes from 1 GPM (3.8 LPM) to 12 GPM (45 LPM) and output pressures from 174 PSI (12 BAR) up to 522 PSI (36 BAR).  These grout pumps are positive displacement, progressing cavity, rotor-stator type pumps.  The pumps are equipped with holding hoppers and hopper screens, various sizes are available.  All these grout pumps are designed with variable speed controls to give you complete control over the grout flow.  The pump bypass assembly ensures proper pressure control during grouting operations.  The operator controls are centrally located for efficient, safe production.  All components are easily accessible for operating, cleaning, and maintenance.

Applications include: soil & rock, void filling, waterproofing, anchor, cable, rock bolts, encasements, well casing, abandon shafts/holes, spraying topcoats, underlayments, slabjacking, slab raising, cable stays, post tensioning, slurry cutoff  walls, anchors, roadway repair, dowel rod grouting, floor restoration, slab undersealing, mudjacking, soil stabilization, pressure grouting, window & door frame grouting, building construction, self-leveling underlayment, and floor topping.
